Booking Confirmation & Payments

A 40% deposit of the total package cost is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance (100%) must be paid at least 2 days before the end of your tour.

Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received. This secures your accommodation and allows us to begin full planning.
Cancellation Charges
If a customer chooses to cancel their booking due to reasons such as illness, accident, death, or non-payment of the remaining balance, the following cancellation charges will apply:

15% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 30 days before the tour departure date.

30% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 20 days before the tour departure date.

50% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 10 days before the tour departure date.
