Booking Confirmation & Payments

  • A 40% deposit of the total package cost is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance (100%) must be paid at least 2 days before the end of your tour.

  • Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received. This secures your accommodation and allows us to begin full planning.

Cancellation Charges

If a customer chooses to cancel their booking due to reasons such as illness, accident, death, or non-payment of the remaining balance, the following cancellation charges will apply:

    • 15% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 30 days before the tour departure date.

    • 30% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 20 days before the tour departure date.

    • 50% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 10 days before the tour departure date.
