1. Scope of Our Services
Time for Holidays provides travel planning services in Himachal Pradesh, including accommodation, transportation, guided tours, activities, and related arrangements. All services are subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Booking & Payment
- To secure your booking, a 40% deposit of the total package cost is required.
- The remaining balance (100%) must be paid at least 2 days before the end of your tour.
- Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
3. Price Changes & Adjustments
- Prices are confirmed at the time of booking, but may be subject to change due to unforeseen increases (e.g., taxes, fuel surcharges, or vendor rate changes).
- We will inform you as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.
4. Accommodation Modifications
- In case of high demand or unavailable rooms between quoting and booking, we will offer an alternative hotel of the same category or a complimentary upgrade.
- You will be contacted to approve any changes before proceeding.
- If alternatives are unsuitable, we will fully refund your deposit.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Our Cancellation Policy applies in all cases, including illness, accident, non-payment, or other reasons:

We endeavor to refund as much as possible, depending on recoveries from hoteliers, transport providers, or airlines.
6. Flight Connections & Luggage
For itineraries involving multiple airlines, customers may need to collect baggage at a connecting hub and recheck it for the return journey .
7. Transportation Options
- Hatchback: Alto or similar (subject to availability)
- Sedan: Dzire or similar
- SUV: Ertiga or Innova
- Additional charges may apply for A/C usage in hilly areas.
8. Refunds & Service Limitations
If we determine we cannot fulfill the services for technical or logistical reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, we will offer assistance, alternatives, or refunds based on recoveries from third-party providers.
10. Liability & Insurance
- We act only as a coordinator for third-party services (hotels, transport, guides).
- We are not liable for loss, injury, accident, or damage.
- We strongly recommend clients purchase adequate travel insurance for the duration of their trip.
11. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
12. Amendments to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. The latest version is available on our website. We encourage clients to review the terms before booking.
